I am now at Design by Evolution on Wordpress, sorry for all the scheduled posts that I didn't stop.

Hi sorry to bother everybody but how do you follow non-wordpress blogs using wordpress?
This was a snap decision to move to Wordpress, but it is for the better. Blogger is a much better start up, but Wordpress is better. The new blog is Design by Evolution, please I'm looking for a better name (I am not very creative) and you can add your suggestion on this blog post or over there. I'm sorry for the lack of notice. I will make sure I post more reminders. Oh and no, I will not be able to transfer the feed automatically so you will need to go over there and put the new feed in yourself.
This is from a discussion of Lynn Margulis on our own discussion page (the referenced link is Lynn Margulis' wiki page):
How does this make us understand evolution better? Her theory isn't even one that is widely accepted by other evolutionists. Even your link calls her theory "on the fringe."
If her theory is true: where did the first DNA for either bacteria or virus come from?
Also, what evidence does she have that a bacteria causes "random" mutations that will result in a new function? (ie - how did bacteria cause a lizard to mutate to a mammal?)
This doesn't seem to clarify the evolutionary waters, only muddy it even more
Yep, he was born October 7th 1975 (thank you skeptic history of the day).
When I first heard the news I thought it was a rumour, similar to ones that have happened before (some causing slides in apple stocks) but this one appears to be true (perhaps just by sheer volume of discussions on it and the inevitability of it). Anyways it is unfortunate, as a little present here is his ted talk:
This is from the friend of the blog CRL (http://rocketpropelledpeacocks.blogspot.com/). She was involved with the project.
Apparently their co-ordinator, Shirley Phelps had an illegit son (i.e. by her own standards she is going to hell):
Phelps-Roper is the wife of Brent D. Roper, and a mother of 11 children. In a 2007 UK documentary by Welsh personality Keith Allen, in which Phelps-Roper and some of her children agreed to appear, Phelps-Roper is shown admitting on camera that her oldest son was born out of wedlock. Allen found hypocritical Phelps-Roper's vocal condemnation on strangers having sexual congress outside of marriage while she herself was guilty of the same.[8][9] According to Kansas City's The Pitch, Phelps-Roper doesn't deny that her son Sam, who was later adopted by Brent Roper, was born out of wedlock but refuses to reveal the identity of his biological father. The article states that estranged family members claim he was a man who was staying at a halfway house where she was doing her college internship. The mentioned documentary is the one above.
