All groups are comprised of far-left cretins, outright communists, anti-zionists, anti-semites, and anarchists. A fair number of them are also Jewish, hence the tragedy of it all. The ISM is particularly vile, given that the Northern California leader, Paul Larudee is also an unabashed supporter of the Jew murdering terrorist group, Hamas.
Given the nature of the SF Bay Area, it is common for the more liberal Jewish community to turn the other cheek and outright ignore the bigotry perpetuated against them. Local activism is generally frowned upon and seen as offensive to sensibilities. As such, pro-Israel groups tend to be on their own because to accept funding from the professional Jewish community would come with strings attached. Sadly, the idea is to just turn away from the prejudice so it doesn't have to be seen, heard, or even acknowledged. Heaven forbid the 'other side' takes offense!!
James Michael Biela, a 27-year-old ex-Marine, pled not guilty to five charges on Wednesday related to the murder of University of Nevada student Brianna Denison and the sexual assaults of two other college women.
Law enforcement officials will meet to decide whether they will be seeking the death penalty.
In addition to Denison's murder, Biela is charged with raping a woman at gunpoint on the University of Nevada at Reno campus in October 2008, and with kidnapping and sexually assaulting another woman walking to her apartment near campus.
Denison disappeared on Jan. 20, 2008. She was last seen sleeping ona friend's couch near campus. Her body was discovered in a south Reno field in February, weeks after she went missing.
DNA links Biela to Denison's rape and murder, as well as the other two sexual assault case. The woman raped at gunpoint in October identified Biela as her attacker during a November preliminary hearing.
The DNA sample was obtained based upon a tip from a friend of Biela's girlfriend, who was the mother of Biela's 4-year-old son. DNA from Biela's son linked Biela to the murder and sexual assaults.

Never mind that Jesus was Jewish. Ignore that for now. The Phelps' crew of five, count 'em, FIVE, displayed their message of hate so that the world may better know how teh Joos are "fag enablers."

On this morning, eight years ago, I was preparing for a job interview. My wife (now ex-wife) rushed into our bedroom and dragged me into the living room. She was shaking and when I looked at the monitor, I couldn't believe my eyes. Was this some sort of sick joke, I wondered? No. My dad then called, and he had thought the same thing, though he had heard it on the radio.
At 8:46am, American Airlines Flight 11 was crashed into the World Trade Center's North Tower, followed by United Airlines Flight 175, hitting the South Tower at 9:03am Both towers eventually fell. 2,993 people died, American civilians, and other nationals.
At 9:37am American Airlines Flight 77 was crashed into the Pentagon.
At 10:03am United Airlines Flight 93, crashed near Shanksville, Pennsylvania after passengers on board engaged in a fight with the hijackers. The believed ultimate target was not in PA, but the White House.
Too many people have already forgotten these horrific attacks, but I have not.
The AP is reporting today that representatives of the Anti-Defamation League, the American Jewish Committee, and rabbis from the Orthodox, Conservative and Reform movements got together to send an aggreived letter to the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops. They’re complaining that the bishops issued their own letter in June, which seems to suggest that they think the value of Catholic-Jewish dialogue is to give the Catholics a chance to convince the Jews that they should accept Christ as their savior. If so, it’s certainly a clever gambit by the Catholics. (Indeed, were the miter on the other head, one might even call it crafty.) But we’re less than convinced that a kvetchy letter is necessarily the best countermeasure. So we offer this, instead: Let’s just go proselytize them back.
Joe Kaufman, the Chairman of Americans Against Hate and the founder of CAIR Watch just had the lawsuit against him tossed out by the Texas Court of Appeals. Seven Muslim groups sued Kaufman for exposing their friends' ties to terrorist groups. Their feelings got hurt, the cry babies sued, and lost.

As a democracy, Israel protects the rights of its minority citizens including its Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgendered (LGBT) population. In fact, Israel's record on LGBT not only rights ranks head and shoulders above its neighbors, but is one of the most progressive in the world. The LGBT Pride Parade allows us the opportunity to reach a large audience who are largely unaware of Israel’s record of tolerance.
Just as the LGBT community wants equality, we strive for equality for Israel amongst the family of nations. We want Israel to be treated as an equal in the United Nations, treated fairly by the international news media, and to be recognized by its neighbors with normalized relations.
Tolerance extends both ways and just as Israel protects and respects its LGBT population, Israel also respects and protects its religious groups who freely and legally protest Israel’s LGBT parades and whose neighborhoods are avoided by Israel’s LGBT Pride parades. We understand that not all of our supporters will feel comfortable participating in the SF Pride Parade.
EVENT DETAILS:
While our exact contingent number and line up location has not been determined at this time, meet us on Beale St. between Mission and Folsom. We will be easily identifiable by the presence of Israeli flags! Assemble at 11:30, Sunday June 28. We will be part of a larger Jewish community contingent marching with the theme that all human beings are created b’tzelem elohim, in the image of G-d.
Wear comfortable shoes, bring sunscreen, and bring some water.
Our previous entries into the parade were met with a great amount of love form the crowds and we expect this year to be no different. This is San Francisco’s largest parade and is a way to reach a massive number of people with a San Francisco specific positive message about Israel!

SIMPLE: shop at TJ's on July 20th - buy Israeli goods - and thank the store manager for carrying the products. You'll be an activist without raising your voice or your blood pressure.

An open letter to Trader Joe's regarding this latest travesty:
We have just read a copy of the letter that you are about to receive from the South Bay Mobilization group, which encourages you to isolate Israel and punish it for the ongoing conflict in the Middle East.
Unfortunately, you are the new target of anti-Israel activist groups, who continue a propaganda campaign against Israel and distort facts to persuade merchants and others to boycott Israel. Such policies echo those that Arab countries have had since well before Israel's rebirth in 1948, and they also encourage and strengthen extremists who continue to undermine the peace process.
We note that the letter is a one-sided and self-serving view of the conflict. For example, there is nothing that describes the relentless terrorism coming from the variety of radical Palestinian groups surrounding Israel, including Iran-backed Hamas and Hezbollah, and fundamentalist groups like Islamic Jihad. We notice that their letter does not refer to Hamas, whose founding document calls for the murder of Jews and the destruction of Israel and which has caused the major problems for those who dream of peace in the region.
Also not mentioned in the letter, is the fact that Israel is only the size of New Jersey, and the terrorist groups surround it and continue to launch rockets from Gaza into Israel while calling for the ethnic cleansing of the Jewish people (check their founding documents, you can find them online).
What is mentioned in their letter is historically inaccurate, including issues about "stealing Palestinian land" and the building of the "segregation wall." It’s important to note that Jews have been in the region for over 3,000 years – all the archeology points to this fact – and the Palestinian Arabs never had a country in the region. While there are Palestinians who dream of peace and a better life for their children, the Palestinian leadership has never agreed to compromises that would have created two states, and they have tried to destroy Israel instead. Simply put, any negotiations that Israel has with the Palestinians will result in the creation of a new Palestinian/Arab state, not a reconstitution of a former entity. It is also important to note that the "segregation wall" is simply a security fence, which was built in response to the campaign of suicide bombings and terrorism launched by Palestinian leadership in 2000. The fence has helped reduce suicide bombings by almost 100 percent.
While Israel certainly is not perfect, no amount of propaganda can convince well-informed people that Israel is arbitrarily attacking its neighbors for sport.
We have always loved shopping at Trader Joes because you clearly have not allowed yourselves to be censored by political prejudice but rather offer an array of products that reflect the various tastes of your patrons. We salute you for standing clear of political pressure and maintaining your integrity and neutrality.
